Puppy Salon is now requiring a 24 hour notice for any
appointment cancellations or appointment rescheduling, this gives us
time to fill the appointment with another client. If failure to give the
proper 24 hour notice occurs, a $20 fee will be added to the dog's next
groom. We fully understand that things happen at the last minute; for
example, weather, emergencies, illness, etc. we will consider these
situations in compliance with our new policy.

If a grooming appointment is missed and there is no response to
a sent message or phone call about that appointment, there will be a
50% of groom fee added to your dog's next groom for every offense.
Again, we understand that things happen and will take all situations
into consideration.
